SANDY FIELD
They both for me?
Sandy teased.
TREVOR HOBART
Yeah, right mate. One’s for you, one’s for me. But I’ll give ya first pick.
The woman dressed in red was built like a robin, a puffed chest and a feathered behind, she was blonde, buxom, and had an amber complexion and all of it was fake. She had a hidden beauty about her, though she did not interest Sandy as much as the woman in blue. She was the taller of the pair, thinner, with narrow hips and a slender neck. She had dark and mysterious appeal, onyx hair, chestnut skin, and a pronounced cleft to her eyes. He made his decision without words. His eyes had locked upon her and her sensuality had rendered him mute. Her mere presence did to Sandy what few ever thought possible.
TREVOR HOBART
G’day girls!
Trevor announced. The two women returned greetings to the men with a simple nod and smile. Sandy’s eyes were still aghast, as he scratched a finger through his whiskers, he presented an open palm to the one he wanted, taking her fingers in his and pulled her gently to his side.
(To Bartender.)
You better bring us another round and a couple of cocktails for the girls, and cut two…
Trevor looked to Sandy who scrunched his nose, and refused the offer.
…one, Romero for me, will ya?
As excited as Sandy was, he was also dismayed. He wanted nothing more than to be home, alone and quiet. He knew that had become a hopeless prospect. He knew he was too tired for this kind of thing, yet his curiously willed him to stay – he couldn’t remember the last time he had this kind of thing.
